Thank you to everyone who joined my presentation. I am very pleased to hear positive feedback after my talk, especially that my report was interesting and held the audience’s attention until the end.
My presentation consisted of two parts:
FIRST PART: About my studio and team, working on large projects using our studio’s projects as examples:
• Luxury modern style apartment: complexity and responsibility during implementation, nuances in designing, what needs to be anticipated in advance.
• Implementing an interior during wartime using the “TOFFEE” apartment as an example . Is it possible to execute without the full presence of the client?
• How new trends in 3D visualization and their use by our studio helped investors sell houses on the first days of sale, using international projects as examples.
• Service and TECH complex: construction on the right bank of Zaporizhzhia. “When should you start building – yesterday?” If you don’t build it, someone else will.
• Project and construction of “Equestrian Club School for Children with Developmental Disabilities” – an example of philanthropy during wartime actions.
SECOND PART: About architecture as an investment tool for our country’s economy. In this topic, the following issues were discussed:
• How do architectural features of cities stimulate tourists to invest in another country?
• How important is it to preserve the historical part of the city, and how crucial is it to design mega-projects?
• How does nighttime lighting affect the investment atmosphere?
I would also like to add that we, as architects, should be responsible for our contribution to the development of society and the environment. We should strive to create harmonious, functional, and aesthetically pleasing structures that will delight the eyes of both residents and visitors of the city.
