Concept

  • Connet is a non-standard approach to an individual office solution, where important business decisions are made, serious agreements are concluded and reliable business relationships are built. The main idea of the project is to create a relaxed atmosphere in which both the company's management and its employees, as well as their demanding customers, will be comfortable. The main task of the designers was the development of a unique working environment devoid of standard solutions. Instead of a restrained office environment, an interior was created, where there are the most comfortable conditions both for work and for holding serious business meetings.

Office with an area of 150 square meters. m. is located in Kyiv, it consists of several rooms: a reception area with a reception, waiting rooms for customers, a management office, an office space for employees, a kitchen and a bathroom. In the creation of Connet's interior, emphasis was placed on developing a business card interior that would make a positive impression about the company. The managers of the company understand perfectly well that the reputation and professionalism of employees is important in their business, but they also know that the success of the company depends on the working conditions of the staff and the impression it makes on customers. Our designers were given the task of developing an interior design that would emphasize the reliability of the company itself, inspire confidence in it among customers, and also be convenient for the work of all company employees. It was possible to equip the facility with Italian furniture and finishing materials thanks to the Freedom company.

We reflected the stability and reliability of the company in the materials used: floor covering with ceramic granite tiles, reception desk made of marble, inserts made of brass to create the integrity of the design and enrich the interior itself. To organize a convenient and comfortable environment, we used ergonomic furniture and paid attention to the zoning of the space.

The difficulty in implementing the project was maintaining the maximum height of the premises and simultaneously hiding communications passing under the ceiling. This was achieved due to the partial lowering of the ceiling and the use of hidden lighting. Thus, we managed to minimize the loss of the height of the premises and at the same time visually make them more spacious. Visually increasing the height of the premises is also facilitated by their cladding, in which the vertical geometry of the pattern can be traced.

Optimal conditions for the work of several company employees have been created in the office. In the design of the premises, there are no standard monochrome solutions, on the contrary, a contrasting color scheme is used. It is softened thanks to the diffused light of the backlight and relaxing green plants, which are used not only for decoration, but also to create a more comfortable indoor microclimate. In addition, near the workplace of employees, plants play the role of a living fence, which creates a conditional barrier between the employee's personal area and the rest of the office.

The space of the waiting room is organized as comfortably as possible for visitors. Comfortable ergonomic furniture from Italian manufacturers is used here. An attractive, cozy atmosphere allows you to relieve tension and at the same time prepare your business partner for further communication. A glass partition separates this room from the meeting room, where a place for business meetings is organized in a more restrained style.

The Connet office is an organized space in which all conditions are created for the full-time work of its employees. At the same time, it is a well-thought-out design of the premises, which allows you to make a positive impression about the image of the company itself and emphasize its serious approach in any matter, even in the design of the working environment.
