Concept

  • Film director is a creative and complex profession, in which weekdays are full of bright colors, production of detailed scenes, processing of frames in front of huge monitors. That is why, after the end of working days, one involuntarily wants to plunge into a carefree and calm environment. The best option for mental rest is a monochrome interior of the home, without excesses, like a clean film. The entrance part of the apartment consists of a spacious, bright hall with a tall, elegant Fiam designer mirror. The room is filled with soft light coming from hidden lighting. The uniqueness of the interior is provided by the Terzani chandelier and cabinets. factory Misura Emme. The vertical lines of the leather facade handles of the hall design echo the vertical wooden slats on the wall. In the closets, an individual development of the shoe storage system is used. It allows you to increase the number of pairs of shoes that are stored, which would be better viewed among other things. Vertical lines are unifying elements of the interior. They can be seen in the wooden wall panels of the corridor, living room, bedroom and dressing room. Corridor groups are also present in the night lighting of the floor. The floors of the corridors and halls are lined with large-format tiles measuring 120 x 120 cm manufactured by Lea Ceramiche. It unobtrusively conveys the texture of the stone, and also visually increases the space of the premises due to the light shade. Laying of tiles is done with a shift, which can be traced in the installation of wooden wall panels. in the bedroom This shift gives the interior dynamics, simulating the motion of a film. The life of the owner of the apartment is connected with frequent trips abroad to both the coldest and the hottest countries in the world. This made it necessary to create two spacious wardrobes made of natural veneer, made according to the individual project of the Mercantini factory. The main emphasis was placed on the convenient location of a large number of light shoes and travel bags. The first wardrobe was installed at the entrance, where outerwear and bulky items are stored, and the second, used for light clothes and underwear, is in the bedroom. The creative profession of a film director involves communication with many people, so the ideal space for receiving guests is organized in the apartment - a studio, a room with a soft area and a round table. Here, guests can enjoy a pleasant conversation, sitting comfortably on the sofa or at the bar with a cup of coffee from the Swiss company V-ZUG. The highlight of the living room is a TV wall with a built-in TV and speakers. To enhance the acoustic effect when viewing the customer's creative works, speakers on the ceiling were also used.   The kitchen is one of the latest novelties from the Italian manufacturer Ernestomeda. Its uniqueness lies in the use of deep lower drawers (90 cm), which made it possible to increase the working space and beautifully place the dishes on the backlit apron. The texture of the wooden veneer was matched to the tone of the rest of the wooden elements of the apartment (bedroom furniture and wardrobe). The main accent of the kitchen is a comfortable dining area consisting of six Misura Emme chairs and a dining table. The color of the upholstery of the chairs contrasts with the shade of the floor, but at the same time matches the tone of the stone pattern of the tabletop, which is generally similar in tone to the shade of the floor tiles. The dining group looks good as a separate unit, while being a harmonious addition to the design of the interior space.   Special attention was paid to the lighting of the dining area. The chandelier above the table is not just a source of light, but a full-fledged art object that, thanks to its transparency, does not burden the interior. Translucent shades in the form of soap bubbles seem to be carried upwards, giving lightness to the space.   The monochrome color scheme of the master's bedroom is diluted with warm pastel shades of brown - the color of sepia used for painting film copies of the early 20th century. This color is used in the finishing of a bed made of nubuck and dark brown. trees from the Smania furniture factory. The TV area was also not left out: the TV is placed in front of wall panels that slightly mask its screen. After monochrome black-and-white films, the era of color cinema comes. Such a step into the future is symbolized in children, which explains the choice of a bright and light color scheme for the interiors of children's rooms. The design of one of the rooms was developed for a teenage girl, and the second - for a newborn baby. Parents took an active part in the creative process of designing children's rooms, so the room decor is a reflection of parental love, tenderness and care. Toys, paintings, decor details — each item was selected carefully and with love. The peculiarity of the planning solution is the combination of two apartments into one. In such cases, questions always arise regarding the correct placement of residential areas without violating building regulations. For example, in this project it was necessary to turn one of the two kitchens into a living room. Such a re-planning should take into account the peculiarities of planning decisions of kitchens in compliance with building regulations.
