The ZANKO Design Studio has observed that requests for designer renovations for bachelors have become as commonplace as interior design projects for family living. The complexity of masculine interiors lies in their minimalist lines and clear functionality. Such projects tend to progress more rapidly, as clients typically make prompt decisions.
The current project's theme is the creation of zones within a studio apartment using various methods: bedroom, workspace, living room, dining area, and entryway zones. Emphasis is placed on accents and details.
Our client is a young IT specialist. He is rational yet far from the dryness often associated with his profession. He is always welcoming to guests, a pleasant and responsible individual with tastes similar to ours. Changes in architectural and design decisions during the project were minimal, grounded in overarching choices made with the architect-designer and the technical conditions of the apartment, as it is a standout subject in the secondary real estate market.
The apartment was enriched with high-quality engineering arrangements, including a smart home system, ventilation, air conditioning, energy efficiency, and water leakage protection.
The installation of walls incorporates a P-shaped fragment, which aligns with one of the four walls of the apartment, creating a cube in the entryway zone, housing a bathtub within. This element not only becomes a stylized feature but also a practical one: the exterior wall covering employs the same vertical tiles as those used in the bathroom
