The design of the Toffee three-room apartment in the center of Kyiv is another dream come true in our treasury of projects. The apartment belongs to a young housewife. The main thing is the development of the design of the apartment, which will be comfortable not only for the customer, but also for her possible frequent guests. Therefore, we refused to expand the space by creating a full-fledged living room and a kitchen-dining area, preferring to preserve the existing layout, which would have two full-fledged bedrooms. By combining the kitchen with the living room, we managed to separate the area for receiving guests and the dining area with the kitchen.
Such planning fully corresponded to another request of the customer — to develop a layout that would be convenient not only for her residence, but also for the future owners, if there is a need to sell the apartment in the future.
When decorating and furnishing the apartment, we used both materials from Ukrainian manufacturers and Italian ones, the quality of which we have verified at dozens of our facilities. In one of the bathrooms, an onyx stone panel was used as the main decorative element, which was illuminated, emphasizing the individuality of the room, the cozy atmosphere and its luxurious design.
A luxurious multifunctional kitchen created by the Italian manufacturer - Cesar Kitchen, in which every cabinet, every compartment is a well-thought-out solution from leading technological engineers and designers. An oval-shaped table surrounded by soft dining chairs was selected for the dining area. To match them, a huge sofa with a coffee table was placed in the guest area.
The mirror surfaces of the walls in the entrance area and the dining room visually expanded the space, removing the feeling of tightness and discomfort. Such a house can become not only a comfortable home for a single woman, but also a cozy family nest for a full-fledged family.
